Layers:

Outer Rubber: The outer rubber layer covers the ball, protecting the skeleton material and the inner rubber ball from external force damage. Its main features are high strength, wear resistance, aging resistance, and tear resistance.

Synthetic Cord Reinforced Rubber Layer: The reinforced cord rubber layer is composed of winding synthetic cord layers. It is mainly used to maintain internal air pressure, providing good elasticity, no deformation, and high strength.

Inner Rubber: The inner rubber layer inside the ball prevents air leakage and controls the ball's pressure.

End Flange: The metal parts at both ends of the fender can be fitted with a charging valve and a safety valve.
