Layers:
Outer Rubber: The rubber layer covering the outer surface of the ball protects the skeleton material and inner rubber from external forces. It has high strength, wear resistance, aging resistance, and tear resistance.
Synthetic Cord Reinforced Rubber Layer: This layer, composed of wrapped synthetic cord layers, is used to maintain internal air pressure and provides high flexibility, deformation resistance, and high strength.
Inner Rubber: The inner rubber layer is used inside the ball to prevent air leakage and control the ball's pressure.
End Flange: Metal parts located at both ends of the fender can be equipped with a filling valve and a safety valve.
