Structure:
 
Outer Rubber: The outer rubber layer covering the surface of the ball is used to protect the skeleton material and the inner rubber ball from damage caused by external forces. Its main features include high strength, resistance to wear, aging, and tearing.
 
Synthetic Cord Reinforced Rubber Layer: This layer is made from wrapped synthetic cord layers and is primarily used to maintain internal air pressure. It offers good flexibility, resistance to deformation, and high strength.
 
Inner Rubber: This rubber layer inside the ball prevents air leakage and controls the ball’s pressure.
 
End Flange: These metal components located at both ends of the fender can accommodate filling and safety valves, playing a crucial role in the fender's functionality.
